Parent Engagement Outreach Coordinator - Full-time
BCDI-Wisconsin is seeking a self-motivated Parent Engagement Outreach Coordinator to support the Healthy Start for Growing Families program. This full-time position will recruit, engage, and retain parents in a community consortium dedicated to improving maternal and infant health outcomes in Milwaukee and Racine.
The coordinator will develop family engagement activities, organize workshops and community events, build relationships with families and partner organizations, support consortium meetings, maintain program records, and collect data for grant reporting and program improvement.
Qualifications

At least two years of relevant experience in community outreach, family engagement, maternal and child health, public health, education, nonprofit programming, or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered

Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and relationship-building skills

Experience working with diverse communities using culturally responsive, family-centered practices

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance

Ability to pass required background checks and employment verifications

Based at BCDI-Wisconsin headquarters, 4295 W. Bradley Road, Suite 202, Brown Deer, Wisconsin

Frequent local travel throughout Milwaukee and occasional travel to Racine

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, with evening and weekend work based on community activities
